X – RAY MECHANIC

Duties:

– knowledge of the device of the mechanical and electrical parts of X-ray equipment; knowledge of the X-ray machine operations principle; knowledge of the X-ray tubes operations mode; knowledge of plumbing and electrical work and methods of repair of electronic equipment: fundamentals of electrical engineering and X-ray engineering

Requirements:

X-ray mechanic of the 4th category

Characteristics of the works. Monitoring of the mechanical and electrical parts condition of X-ray equipment. Identification and elimination of malfunctions in the operation of equipment. Routine maintenance and regulation of the X-ray machine and X-ray tubes.

Must know: the device of the mechanical and electrical parts of X-ray equipment; the principle of operation of the X-ray machine; modes of operation of X-ray tubes; plumbing and electrical work and methods of repair of electronic equipment: fundamentals of electrical engineering and X-ray engineering.

 

X-ray mechanic of the 5th category

Characteristics of the works. Commissioning and installation of X-ray units and equipment. Training and introduction to the mode of X-ray installations after the current repair. Laying of power, lighting and alarm lines. Average repair of serviced equipment.

Must know: the design and principles of operation of various X-ray machines and installations; operating modes of X-ray tubes of various systems and structures; plumbing and electrical work and methods of repair of electronic equipment; terms of production of average repair of serviced equipment; fundamentals of electronics.

 

X-ray mechanic of the 6th category

Installation, commissioning and installation of X-ray units and equipment of all types. Alignment of X-ray cameras of all systems. Operation of X-ray units in the modes specified by the researchers. Complex repair of X-ray cameras and units, including precision ones. Overhaul of the equipment of the laboratory of X-ray diffraction and X-ray spectral analysis.

Must know: the design, methods and rules for checking the accuracy of various types of measuring instruments installed on laboratory equipment; methods of repair of any complexity; methods of installation, fastening and reconciliation of complex parts; the physical basis of the method of X-ray diffraction analysis.

Secondary vocational education is required.
